Terms of use

These terms cover your use of MeetingGo, operated by Atrix Digital. Using the service means accepting them. They are written to be read, not to be impenetrable.
What the service is
MeetingGo records meetings you ask it to record and produces transcripts, summaries and action items. It is early software offered free while in beta, and it may change or be interrupted while we build it.
Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. One person per account — tell us if you need something that works for a team.
Recording responsibly
You are responsible for having the right to record every conversation you record with MeetingGo, including consent from everybody on the call where the law requires it. Laws differ by country and by US state, and some require all parties to agree.
You must not use MeetingGo to:
- record people who have not consented where their consent is required;
- record conversations you have no right to be part of;
- break the terms of Google Meet or any other platform we work with;
- attempt to reach other users' recordings, or to disrupt the service.
What you keep
Your recordings and everything derived from them are yours. We store and process them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell them and do not train models on them. You can delete any of it at any time.
Automated transcription
Transcripts and summaries are produced by machine and will sometimes be wrong — misheard words, a misattributed decision, an action item that was never agreed. Check anything that matters against the recording before relying on it.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, that every recording will succeed, or that a recording will always be retrievable. Video is deleted after 30 days by design. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us, which during the beta is nothing — so keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Ending it
Stop using MeetingGo whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.
